  2. Your support team works with you to development a communications plan for each social media platform

  3. Your support team works with the CEO/Executive Director to develop weekly messaging for a month

  4. Your support team posts an average of 5 messages per week for each social media account

  5. Your support team generates reports for each social media platform

  6. Your support team works with the CEO/Executive Director to analyze the monthly results of each social media campaign

 

Corporate Website

 

  1. Your support team creates a basic corporate website (design and content addition/editing)

  2. Your support team updates the corporate website three times per week

  3. Your support team works with the website vendor to resolve platform issues

  4. Your support team runs reports on the website’s performance

  5. Your support team works with the CEO/Executive Director to analyze the monthly results of the website

 

Corporate Newsletter

 

  1. Your support team creates a basic corporate newsletter (design and content addition/editing)

  2. Your support team adds information to the corporate newsletter and emails it out (a maximum of four times per month)

  3. Your support team works with the newsletter vendor to resolve platform issues

  4. Your support team runs reports on the newsletter’s performance

  5. Your support team works with the CEO/Executive Director to analyze the monthly results of the newsletter

 

Advertising Materials

 

  1. Your support team creates basic corporate brochures

  2. Your support team creates basic corporate business cards (including your logo)

  3. Your support team creates basic corporate fliers/handouts

  4. Your support team stuffs and seals fliers/brochures/handouts into envelopes

  5. Your support team mails out corporate fliers/brochures/handouts for events (up to 200 mailers)
